Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are headed back to court next month to settle who defamed whom, and the list of witnesses that will have to take the stand is a 'who's who' of A-listers in Hollywood. Reports say the witness list includes James Franco, Elon Musk, and Paul Bettany. Johnny alleged that Amber had affairs with both James Franco and Elon Musk, and Paul Bettany is testifying on Johnny Depp's behalf. Amber's witness list includes Ellen Barkin, along with reps for Disney, Warner Brothers, WME, the ACLU, and even the LAPD. I don't meant to bumfuzzle you with all this information, but it gives you an idea of just how grand this court case will be. Johnny is looking for $50 million in his case against Amber, while her counterclaim against Johnny is for $100 million.
Kanye West's antics are finally catching up to him. As we told you, he was suspended from Instagram last week for violating their policies on hate speech, bullying, and harassment. Now he's been banned from performing at the Grammy Awards due to his "concerning online behavior." According to sources close to Ye, his team got a call from the Recording Academy informing them that he'd been pulled from the line-up. The decision was made, in part, because Trevor Noah is hosting the show and they were concerned about their potential interaction between the two. That's not all - a petition has been started to get him ousted from Coachella. One more thing… Julia Fox, Kanye's most recent ex, is now walking back her comment about him being harmless. She's changed her tune now, according to Variety, saying, "I would like to point out that I had not seen the latest Instagram posts at the time of this video. Believe it or not I have a life and a son, and I don't have google alerts for this man!"
Shailene Woodley and Aaron Rodgers broke off their engagement last month, but they've been spending quality time together. The two were spotted at the Demetria Winery in Los Olivos, California at an outdoor wine-tasting patio table in a group. According to a source, "They seemed really happy. [Shailene] was sitting on [Aaron's] lap while they hung out at the table with friends. They kissed each other's heads and were very affectionate."
You're running out of time to find out who the father is. Maury Povich is ending his record-breaking run and retiring after hosting 31 seasons of "Maury," the longest-running daytime talk show host in the history of broadcast television. Even though no new episodes will be made, NBCUniversal plans to continue to syndicate repeats of the show. That's good because I forgot who the father was in the earlier episodes.

We heard how Camila Cabello handled her split from Shawn Mendes, and now Shawn is opening up about where he is. It sounds like he's not doing as well as her. In a video posed to social media, Shawn said, "You don't realize when you're breaking up with someone and you think it's the right thing, you don't realize all the s*** that comes after it - Who do I call when I'm in a panic attack? Who do I call when I'm f***ing on the edge?" He added, "I think that's the reality that kind of hit. It's like, oh I'm on my own now. Now I feel like, finally, I'm actually on my own, and I hate that."

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are making moves to blend their families. The two are reportedly spending $50 million on an estate in Bel-Air. The 20,000 square foot estate features 10 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms. Amenities include multiple kitchens, a theatre, a gym, his and her baths, and a pool. The original asking price was $65 million so they got a break with that. This new place will reportedly house both J-Lo and Ben's families, according to TMZ.

Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum are starring together in "The Lost City," and the two shared that they didn't meet each other living the Hollywood life – aka red carpets, exclusive parties, awards shows. Rather, they met in a principal's office. Sandra told the New York Times, "We met through drama, in the principal's office at preschool." Channing's 8-year-old daughter, Everly, and Sandra's 10-year-old, Laila, went to the same preschool together. Sandra said, "We were called in together because Everly and Laila were trying to alpha the other one out, and we prayed it was the other's child that caused the damage."
Britney Spears' break from Instagram was a short one. As we told you, Brit shut down her account last week, but it didn't last long with Britney getting back online just two days later. Brit didn't explain the reason for her absence; she just started posting video of her showing off some of her outfits. She also posted video of someone's pregnant belly with the caption "Mommy … get me out of here !!!!!," which of course led fans to speculate that she is pregnant with fiance Sam Asghari's baby. Not likely, but you never know. Meanwhile, Brit's fans have been anxiously awaiting the day she returns to music and it may be happening soon. A source said, "Britney isn't putting any pressure on herself to release an album right away or anything, but her team is putting feelers out about the prospect of new music. Several people who she feels comfortable working with have been contacted and asked if they would like to work on music with Britney again, and everyone seems pretty keen to be involved."
Mariah Carey had an accidental text exchange with Shawn Mendes on Friday. She shared a screenshot of the message on Twitter adding: "My cousin Shawn M and I have this silly joke where we tell each other Happy Thanksgiving on St. Patrick's Day. @ShawnMendes found out about it today.. sorry Shawn!!" The screenshot shows Mariah texting Shawn, "Happy Thanksgiving" with a leaf emoji. She followed up with an additional text after realizing her mistake: "Wrong Shawn. Sorry. Also, I do realize it is NOT Thanksgiving. Haha." Shawn Mendes texted her back: "hahahaha that's okay I figured it was an inside joke ❤️❤️."
Ed Sheeran is set to launch his new tour next month, and it will be his first since becoming a dad. So, how does he plan to handle it? Well, in a new interview with the "Carrie Tommy" podcast, Ed said his nineteen-month old daughter, Lyra, and wife Cherry Seaborn will be coming with him on the road. He explained, "I'm fortunate enough to be in a stage where it's weekends. We play Friday, Saturday, Sunday at stadiums in towns where we will just live in a hotel for the week. So it's actually very child friendly." He added about his daughter, "She's super portable, she's not anywhere near the age where she needs to go to school, and she's going to be good." That's the mindset of an inexperienced dad who's on his first kid.
