As Taylor Swift prepares to perform in Buenos Aires, dedicated fans have been camping out since June for the best seats for her shows next week. These fans have general admission tickets, so they have set up a rotation with their friends, camping out for months to keep their place in line. One person said, "People are very upset with us camping for some reason…I'm the one who's sleeping on the street, not you."
Britney Spears' book sold over one million copies first week, and now it's a #1 NYT bestseller. This is quite an accomplishment considering Britney didn't do any of the traditional press tours, like the late night shows and TV interviews. In fact, all she did to promote the memoir was post about it on social media.
While on "The Today Show" yesterday morning, "Friends" co-creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane spoke about the late Matthew Perry.
Marta said she had chatted with him just two weeks ago and that "He was happy and chipper. He didn't seem weighed down by anything. He was in a really good place, which is why this seems so unfair." She also shared that Matthew was sober at the time of his death and that "He seemed better than I had seen [him] in a while… He was emotionally in a good place. He looked good. He quit smoking … He was sober."
