It's no secret that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Vin Diesel don't get along. But Vin has put his pride aside to ask The Rock to be part of "Fast 10." He wrote on Instagram, "My little brother Dwayne... the time has come. The world awaits the finale of Fast 10. As you know, my children refer to you as Uncle Dwayne in my house. There is not a holiday that goes by that they and you don't send well wishes... but the time has come. Legacy awaits. I told you years ago that I was going to fulfill my promise to Pablo. I swore that we would reach and manifest the best Fast in the finale that is 10! I say this out of love... but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play. Hobbs can't be played by no other. I hope that you rise to the occasion and fulfill your destiny." As we told you, The Rock doesn't want to do any more F&F films. He posted the message yesterday, and it's already gotten over a million likes. So, maybe, for the fans?
Eight people between the ages of 14 and 27 died and hundreds more were injured during Travis Scott's show-ending set at the third annual Astroworld Festival at NRG Park in Houston, Texas, Friday night. Police are still investigating what caused the fans to surge the stage and press forward to the point where people were getting pinned against each other and crushed. Kylie Jenner released a statement defending herself and Travis after they were criticized for how they handled the situation when it happened. After sending out "thoughts and prayers are with all who lost their lives, were injured or affected in anyway by yesterday's events," Kylie added, "I want to make it clear we weren't aware of any fatalities until the news came out after the show and in no world would have continued filming or performing." Travis said, "My fans really mean the world to me. Anytime I could make out, you know, anything that's going on, you know I stop the show and, you know, help them get the help they need. I could just never imagine the severity of the situation. I'm honestly just devastated and I could never imagine anything like this just happening." Astroworld and Travis Scott have been severely criticized for not stopping the concert when the tragedy unfolded. He stayed on performing for 40 minutes. Travis and Astroworld are already facing lawsuits.
Ryan Reynolds recently revealed that he was taking a break from acting. Now, he's sharing his reasons why. He said, "I'm just trying to create a little bit more space for my family [wife Blake Lively and their three daughters] and time with them. You know, you don't really get that time back." Never fear, he's got a few projects due out – we don't have to quit Ryan cold turkey.
Kim Kardashian has won the battle for now against her neighbor who tried to get a judge to order an emergency stop of construction on her "underground vault," which is set to include subterranean parking, an attached wellness center, and a detached guardhouse as well. Since there is an ongoing lawsuit, the neighbor argued she shouldn't be allowed to move forward with construction while the lawsuit is ongoing, but the judge disagreed since there was "no evidence of urgency or emergency." According to Radar, the neighbor is concerned about Kim causing "bodily injury" to the residents with her alleged plans to "flatten two hills" and build on top of "two high-pressure gas transmission lines." The lawsuit heads to court in January, so Kim better move fast if she wants to make any progress.

Ye is making his feelings about Kim Kardashian very public. In a rare interview with Revolt TV's Drink Champs, he said his kids want him and Kim to stay together and that HE wants to be with her. He also claimed he's never seen the divorce papers, in spite of her "Saturday Night Live" jokes about their split. In addition, Ye seems to blame the media – and Hulu specifically – for the breakup of his family. "I wanna pull my family back together. I'm assuming this interview is not too helpful to that," he said, adding, "It's MY family, Hulu." The whole thing is complicated by rumors Ye is dating model Vinetria. And he also unfollowed Kim – again – on Instagram in light of her alleged relationship with Pete Davidson.

Now that they've done all they can without her, they'll shut things down the week of Thanksgiving, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Shooting will resume at the beginning of the year. Teri Hatcher is reuniting with her "Desperate Housewives" co-star James Denton in Hallmark's upcoming holiday movie, "A Kiss before Christmas." Speaking to E! News, Teri says James – who is also producing the movie – called her up asking her to read the script, and she thought it sounded like "the perfect way to reunite." "A Kiss before Christmas" premieres November 21st at 8pm ET on Hallmark Channel. But, considering it's Hallmark Channel, I wouldn't get too excited about any "Desperate Housewives" sauciness flowing over.
