A girl who went to high school with Taylor posted a TikTok sharing that Taylor she wasn't very liked. Jessica McLane said she went to Hendersonville High School in Tennessee with Taylor before she hit it big and was home schooled. Jessica said that as Taylor became "super successful," most of her classmates "hated her." She says one reason was because the guys who Tay wrote songs about were still in school, noting, "And now they have a hit song about them talking about what a s***ty boyfriend they are." She also admitted "jealousy was definitely a thing." She then talked about how Taylor invited her entire senior class to the CMAs, thinking at first it was just something nice for her to do but now, after pointing out Taylor just dropped her new music on Kim Kardashian's birthday, she has realized it was just Taylor's way of throwing her success in their faces.

James Cameron has joined the ranks of prominent directors who have criticized comic book movies. In a New York Times interview, he said Marvel and DC characters don't weigh the risks like the heroes in his new movie, "Avatar: The Way of Water," who are now parents. James said, "When I look at these big, spectacular films — I'm looking at you, Marvel and DC — it doesn't matter how old the characters are, they all act like they're in college.
They have relationships, but they really don't. They never hang up their spurs because of their kids. The things that really ground us and give us power, love, and a purpose? Those characters don't experience it, and I think that's not the way to make movies." Back in 2019, Martin Scorsese said the films were more like theme parks than cinema, while earlier this year Francis Ford Coppola described the MCU as "one prototype movie that is made over and over and over and over and over again to look different." Dune director Denis Villeneuve has also chimed in, saying the films are "nothing more than a 'cut and paste' of others," while adding that they have "turned us into zombies."

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have a new home, the beach house formerly owned by Conan O'Brien. The house was listed for $16.5 million, but they got it for $14.5 million. Still, Conan made out pretty well since he got almost double what he paid for it originally back in 2015. The 2,142-square-foot property is just a few feet from the sand and water, as you can see in the pics at tmz.com.

As we told you, Adidas finally cut ties with Kanye West over his anti-Semitic remarks, but the delay in doing so many have cost them one superstar customer. Fans of Harry Styles think he quietly staged a boycott of the brand because at his Los Angeles shows, he hasn't been wearing his Adidas x Gucci Gazelle shoes, despite wearing them at all his other concerts. Instead, he's been opting for a pair of red Vans.  One fan pointed out, "Harry Styles wearing adidas every show of tour until they hesitate to drop Kanye and he instantly breaks out vans," while another simple said, "I see u." And one brought it straight to the front, saying, "We see your decision, and it means so much to me and all your other Jewish fans, and those who stand with us against antisemitism in all its forms." Other fans said they too are going to switch from Adidas to Vans, claiming they were "Doing it like Harry Styles," according to the New York Post.

Fans think one of Taylor Swift's new songs from "Midnights" reveals the name Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have picked out for their fourth child.
Fans think that the song "You're On Your Own, Kid" reveals that the name will be Daisy Mae or May. Taylor has, in the past, revealed the name of one of Blake and Ryan's unborn children. The song in question includes the line "So long, Daisy May." That's it. We'll have to patiently wait and see if the Swifties are right!

"Call Me Kat" starring Mayim Bialik is pausing production on season 3 because of Leslie Jordan's shocking death. The season, which began airing last month, had almost nine episodes completed so far. Leslie is in each as Phil, a pivotal role to the show.  The show's writers will now have to figure out how to rework the show to handle his loss. The upcoming episode of "Call Me Kat" will include a title card paying tribute to Leslie Jordan. Reports are saying that Leslie was complaining of shortness of breath before his car crash, and law enforcement sources are saying they believe he suffered a heart attack before he crashed into a Hollywood building on Monday. His health problems and discomfort were enough that he had an appointment with a cardiologist scheduled within the next week to see if there were any underlying problems with his heart.

After much pressure, including from actress Dame Judi Dench, Netflix is adding a disclaimer to "The Crown" season 5 trailer. The message reads, "Inspired by real events, this fictional dramatization tells the story of Queen Elizabeth II and the political and personal events that shaped her reign." A spokesman for former Prime Minister John Major also blasted a section of the new season saying the show didn't go to him for historical accuracy, and the scenes are "a barrel-load of nonsense peddled for no other reason than to provide maximum -- and entirely false -- dramatic impact."

In March 2021, Forbes put Ye's net worth at $6.6 billion, making him one of the wealthiest men on the planet. However, with major business partnerships severing ties with him over his recent controversies, Ye is now worth approximately $400 million. "Friends" star Matthew Perry was originally supposed to star in Netflix's "Don't Look Up" which stars Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Jennifer Lawrence, among other big names, but he had to drop out for the sake of his health, according to OK. Matthew writes in his new memoir that while undergoing a procedure, his heart stopped for five minutes. He said, "I was given the shot at eleven a.m. woke up 11 hours later in a different hospital. Apparently, the propofol had stopped my heart. For five minutes." He added, "It wasn't a heart attack — I didn't flatline — but nothing had been beating. I was told that some beefy Swiss guy really didn't want the guy from 'Friends' dying on his table and did CPR on me for the full five minutes, beating and pounding my chest. If I hadn't been on 'Friends,' would he have stopped at three minutes? Did 'Friends' save my life again?" He didn't come out completely unscathed – he did end up with eight broken ribs from the effort. He said despite the film being the "biggest movie I'd gotten ever," he had to make the "heartbreaking" decision to leave it because of the pain he was experiencing in the aftermath. This all happened right in the middle of filming the movie in Boston, where he was set to play a Republican journalist in many scenes with Meryl Streep.

Another bombshell Matthew Perry revealed is his extreme dislike of Keanu Reeves, according to RadarOnline.com. Talking about his late friend River Phoenix, Matthew wrote, "Why is it that the original thinkers like River Phoenix and Heath Ledger die, but Keanu Reeves still walks among us?" He also took another jab at Keanu when talking about his late friend Chris Farley, saying when he found out about his death, "I punched a hole through Jennifer Aniston's dressing room wall when I found out," adding, "Keanu Reeves walks among us."

Taylor Swift just released her new video for "Bejeweled" with special guests Laura Dern and the Haim sisters, with a Cinderella theme. But it's her video for "Anti-Hero," which was released Friday, that is causing controversy. People are upset over a scene where Taylor steps on a scale as her inner critic looks on, and she sees the word "fat" written where there should be numbers, leaving her looking unhappy. Dieticians and therapists are worried how this will affect people who have body issues and eating disorders, accusing Taylor of "fatphobia" Some defended Taylor though, noting she's being honest about her body issues, but the common factor they all agree on is that she didn't actually need to use the word "fat." Sunny Hostin defended Taylor and said on "The View," "They missed the point. She was describing a personal experience, and quite frankly, it's a personal experience a lot of women experience. You get on the scale and you're a perfectly normal weight and all you see is fat, all you see is, 'Oh my gosh, I'm five pounds heavier than I should be.'"

Angelina Jolie joined her daughter, Zahara, this past weekend for homecoming at Spelman College. Angelina was spotted walking around with no security, talking to other parents and students, and taking pics.

Katy Perry's fans were having some fun at her expense after her eyeball(?) malfunction the other night. Katy was performing at her Las Vegas show on Monday when she couldn't get one of her eyes to open. It seemed to be that some eyelash glue had stuck her eyelids together. See the pic at okmagazine.com. Of course, her fans couldn't resist poking a little fun, saying things like…"Her robot seems to glitch a lot," "Disney's animatronics after like 10 years," and, "Clone failure. Next time make sure all software are updated and make necessary patches. Despite the one-eyed sitch, Katy kept the show going with what can only be described as the longest wink ever.
