Kim Kardashian has agreed to pay more than one million dollars in penalties for what the Securities and Exchange Commission has deemed “unlawfully touting crypto security,” RadarOnline.com reports. Kim was paid $250,000 for an Instagram post encouraging people to invest in crypto.  The SEC found that Kim promoted “a crypto asset security offered and sold by EthereumMax without disclosing the payment she received for the promotion.” Kim has agreed to pay $1.26 million in penalties, and though she’s not admitting guilt, she has also reportedly agreed to cooperate with the SEC’s still ongoing investigation into the matter.

Lil Nas X had to pause one of his Atlanta shows last week because he was in the bathroom, but he didn’t try to keep it a secret. From backstage, he told fans at his concert that he was pooping and would be back in “like a minute or two.” A fan from the concert recorded the message, where he said, "I'm backstage, and this is, like, not a part of the show, but I'm taking a mean s***, so please forgive me. But I'm gonna be like a minute or two, and I'll be right back.” The fan posted it to Twitter and the next day he reposted the vid added, "lmao people really thought i was joking, i was literally back there dropping demons into that toilet."

YouTuber Dream, mostly known for his Minecraft videos, has remained anonymous, not showing his face online since he started his account in 2014. He’s been teasing that a face reveal would be coming, and it finally happened Sunday night! The video was called “hi, I’m Dream.” Not only did he take off his mask, but he shared his real name is Clay.  On Sunday, 1.2 million fans tuned in to see the reveal happen in real time, and in 14 hours, the video garnered 18 million views. For a guy with 30 million YouTube subscribers, that’s what you could expect. Reactions are split – some are making fun of his big chin, with “put the mask back on" trending on Twitter, while others find him simply scrumptious.

“Real Housewives of New York City” alum Bethenny Frankel shared pics of an injury she got… in her closet. She explained that while she was putting shoes away, she slammed her head on a clothes rack, which left a long thing rip down her forehead. She posted, "this just in: I'm ok but this is not great.” See the pics at okmagazine.com.

Paris Hilton’s dog, Diamond Baby, is still missing. Paris told TMZ that her Chihuahua has been gone for almost 3 weeks now, but she said she’s spoken to some “credible mediums and pet communicators” who say Diamond Baby is safe where she is, so at this point, it’s a matter of finding her. Paris said she almost raised the reward money to entice people to come forward with information, but her security team said that would only make her a target for possible pet thefts in the future.

We’ve heard about tons of Twitch streamers making the switch to YouTube, but now one of the platform’s biggest stars, MrBeast, is saying that famous TikTokers will make the switch to YouTube soon, too. On the “Full Send Podcast,” MrBeast explained, “When you get ads on Shorts now… Starting in January, [YouTube is] going to share the revenue with creators. Starting in January, if you get a billion views on TikTok, hypothetically, that’s like $1,000. If you get a billion views here on YouTube, that could literally make you $100,000.” Name-dropping Charli D’Amelio and Addison Rae, he said, “You’re gonna be crazy to be a TikTok-first content creator.”

Mel C has not been shy about calling out Victoria Beckham for holding up a Spice Girls reunion. She said, “We’re celebrating 25 years.” She added, “In my heart of hearts, I want to get back onstage… So me and Mel B are championing and we’re all talking and trying to make that happen.” But it’s Posh Spice who is holding things up. Victoria, who turned down their 2019 reunion tour, still doesn’t want to go back on stage. Mel C said, “We're always working on her. It's like… ‘No pressure. But the world wants it.’… At the moment, Victoria is in the wings….It is our dream to get her back.”

A new Peacock docuseries is exploring the dark side of the popular children's cartoon "Barney and Friends." The two-part docuseries "I Love You, You Hate Me," features Bill Nye the Science Guy, NBC's Al Roker, and others speaking on how the world turned against the purple dinosaur. Bob West, who wore the Barney costume for the show, says in the trailer that death threats were made against his entire family. The show focuses on the human need to hate. The docuseries is set for an October 12th premiere.

“Suicide Squad” stars Cara Delevingne and Margot Robbie were involved in a scary situation over the weekend. While they were leaving a restaurant early Sunday morning in Buenos Aires, the two actresses were rushed by an aggressive paparazzo, which set off such a frenzy that the Uber the women were getting in to took off suddenly, with Cara inside and Margot only halfway in, which caused her to fall to the ground. The pap was even taking pictures of her laying on the ground. Two male friends that were there with them, director Josey McNamara and key grip Jac Hopkins, stepped in at that point, and that's where the stories differ. TMZ was told that the photographer ran off and fell, but he's telling police the men beat him up and he ended up in the hospital with a broken arm.

Ringo Starr, 82, cancelled his concert over the weekend because of an issue with his voice. His team said it wasn’t COVID, but now they’ve confirmed it was actually the beginning stages of COVID, and the former Beatle has been forced to put his tour on hold while he recovers, according to TMZ.

Evan Peters plays infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in Netflix’s latest true crime series and apparently, it took a toll on him. Evan told Seventeen it was “one of the hardest things I've ever had to do in my life.” He said he was “very scared” of diving into Jeffrey Dahmer’s behavior “because I wanted it to be very authentic,” but he was also stressed because, “It felt important to be respectful to the victims, the victims' families, to try and tell the story as authentically as we could.”

The “NCIS” universe is coming together at last. While “NCIS” and “NCIS: Hawaii” have crossed over twice so far, the next crossover in the CBS universe will also include “NCIS: Los Angeles.” The three-way crossover is scheduled to air in January, involving “a mysterious and highly trained hitman” who is targeting several NCIS agents. While it sounds intriguing, I can only imagine the battle it will be in the writers room.
