Fletcher’s BBQ Shop & Steakhouse is a pit-smoked barbecue restaurant located in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Originally opening in Brooklyn, New York in 2012, they spent a decade defining their unique barbecue style before moving into the former home of Rinaldi's (a long-running local institution) in Longmeadow in 2022.
At the heart of their kitchen are two full-ton Texas barbecue pits fueled by locally sourced sugar maple and red oak, which gives their meat its signature smoke flavor.

The Menu

Fletcher's menu is a unique blend of traditional wood-fired barbecue, Southern comfort food, and Asian-inspired dishes.

• Traditional BBQ: Brisket (moist or lean), hand-pulled pork, spare ribs, and smoked chicken drizzled with house-made white BBQ sauce. You can order meats by the pound or build a platter with classic sides like pit-smoked beans, cornbread, and potato salad.
• Asian-Inspired Comfort: The menu heavily features fusion elements, such as Szechuan Glazed Burnt Ends, Pork Belly Bao (steamed buns with sweet Thai chili and chili crunch), and BBQ Ramen.
• Creative Sandwiches: Standouts include the Brisket Cheesesteak, a Brisket Gyro with tzatziki and feta, and classic pulled pork or chopped chicken sandwiches.
• Drinks: The bar program features 14 beers on tap, an extensive bourbon list, a cocktail program, and a unique wine list that includes unfiltered, natural wines (like "Pet' Nat") to pair with your ribs.
