Eagles running back Miles Sanders is surprisingly listed "week-to-week" on today's injury report from the team with a "lower body injury."
According to 94WIP's own Eliot Shorr-Parks, his understanding is Sanders "tweaked" something, but the team is not concerned with the injury. Multiple reports have also indicated the team doesn't appear concerned about the injury.
This news comes just moments after Duce Staley raved about Sanders' improvements in the passing game, confirming he's going to be used a ton this year and a huge part of the offense.
Earlier in the week, the Eagles announced defensive lineman Derek Barnett and Javon Hargrave could both miss significant time, as well.
The Eagles open the 2020 season on Sunday, September 13th against the Washington Football Team.
