SPORTSRADIO 94WIP-FM PRIZE PICK-UP PROCEDURE
ALL prizes must be picked up at our studios unless otherwise noted by the WIP Promotions Department.
Prizes Pick-Up Hours:
Monday through Friday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
*The WIP Promotions Office is not open on weekends and holidays.
Business hours may vary due to holidays, please call regarding holiday hours. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to office closing time to allow for paperwork and winner verification.
How to Claim Your Prize:
1. All prize winners will be contacted by email and/or phone call by the WIP Promotions Department within 48 hours to provide instructions of our prize redemption procedures.
2. Unless otherwise instructed by the WIP Promotionsl Office, Winners must come to the WIP offices to sign the required release forms during normal business hours* (M-F from 10:00am – 5:00pm) and claim their prize. *The WIP Promotions Office is not open on weekends and holidays.
3. Winners are required to present valid government-issued photo identification and confirm that their complete address, date of birth and phone number are correct in order to claim a prize. *Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them to pick up their prize.
4. The WIP Promotions Department will verify that you are the winner and you will receive your prize.
5. Winners have 30 days, from the date won, to claim their prize. Any prize not claimed after 30 days of winning will be forfeited.
