Look for the 95.7 The Game promotions table inside the restaurant and obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last), and legibly hand write your first name and last name, complete address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), and date of birth on an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box (each and “Entrant”). Limit one (1) On-Site entry per eligible person. All On-Site entries must be received by 11:59AM PT on September 20, 2026.
3. At approximately at 12:00PM PT on September 20, 2026, one (1) Entry will be randomly selected from among all of the entries in this Contest to receive one (1) VIP reserved table for four (4) people at Laughing Monk on Sunday, September 27th, a Laughing Monk limited edition hoodie, $95.70 credit at Laughing Monk for food & beverage on Sunday, September 27th, PLUS four (4) roundtrip shuttle passes to and from the stadium and Laughing Monk on Sunday, September 27th.
