These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by on-site enter to win d/b/a KGMZ (collectively the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 88 Kearny Street, Floor 10 in San Francisco, CA 94108 during regular business hours and on the Station’s website at https://www.audacy.com/957thegame/contest-rules. To the extent that the Station’s general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this contest.
How to Enter
- 1.No purchase necessary to enter or to win the Autographed Christian McCaffery mini helmet and autographed Brock Purdy framed 8”x10” photo (the “Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning.
b. On-Site Method of Entry: To enter on-site, visit Jack’s Restaurant & Bar in Pleasant Hill from 2:00PM-6:00PM PT on September 3, 2026 through September 3, 2026 at 60 Crescent Dr Ste A, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. Look for the 95.7 The Game promotions table inside the restaurant and obtain an official entry form (available while supplies last), and legibly hand write your first name and last name, complete address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), and date of birth on an official entry form and place the completed entry form in the dedicated collection box (each and “Entrant”). Limit one (1) On-Site entry per eligible person. All On-Site entries must be received by 5:50PM PT on September 3, 2026.
3. At approximately at 6:00PM PT on September 3, 2026, two (2) Entrants will be randomly selected from among all of the entries in this Contest to receive either one (1) autographed Christian McCaffery mini helmet or one (1) autographed Brock Purdy 8”x10” framed picture (as described in Section 5 below), subject to verification and compliance with the Contest rules (the “Winner”).
a. There will be up to, but in no event more than, 2 (two) Winners in this Contest.
b. The Station will notify the Winner by means of the phone number or email address provided to the Station at the time the Winner entered the Contest.
