49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw only played in three regular season contests while dealing with groin and abdominal injuries. But he has returned to a starting role in the past two playoff contests, both epic road wins. In last week’s win at Lambeau Field, Greenlaw secured a fumble recovery against the Green Bay Packers after Fred Warner knocked the ball loose.
Before facing the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship, Greenlaw joined 95.7 The Game’s “Damon & Ratto” to say that the 49ers have the “best defense on the planet.”
