Contest Rules

For the Watermelon Thump text contest, listen to 95.9 Texas Country between 6:00 AM CT and 10:00 AM CT from June 8, 2026 to June 12, 2026 (CONTEST WINDOW), for the keyword(s) to text. Then text the keyword as it is disclosed on-air to 512-610-2959 within the contest window to be entered for a chance to win. Registrants may enter an unlimited number of times during the contest period and entries roll over. On or about June 15, 2026 at approximately 10:00AM CT up to five (5) winner(s) will be randomly selected, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive: two (2) tickets to Watermelon Thump in Luling, TX on June 27, 2026. The approximate retail value of each prize is $20. The tickets are courtesy of Watermelon Thump. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) must be able to pick up their prize at Audacy, 24 E Greenway Suite 1900, Houston, TX 77046 (ii) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (iii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iiii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST. The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. For the Texas Country Lounge contest, enter between 11:00 AM CT on May 21, 2026 through 12:00 PM CT on May 27, 2026 by going to audacy.com/959texascountry/contests, clicking on the Texas Country Lounge online contest link, and completely filling out the entry form including the online survey form. Limit one (1) entry per entrant email address per calendar day. On or about May 27, 2026 at approximately 12:30 PM, up to twenty (20) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive: two (two) spots in the Texas Country Music Lounge on May 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM CT featuring Ronnie Brown.
