Born and raised in St. Louis MO, Quinn started gaining interest in DJing in the late 80s when he heard the likes of DJ Jazzy Jeff and Jam Master Jay from Run DMC. Quinn graduated from Lindbergh High School in 92 and after that he enrolled into Florissant Valley Comm. College to pursue his radio career. This college has a great Communications program that Quinn had confidence that he would be successful there. Rhyme Tyme was an all hip hop radio show on the college radio station 89.5 KCFV. Quinn had such a strong passion and knowledge of the music he was put on Rhyme Tyme as a co-host. A year later Quinn took over the show as full time host and gained the highest ratings the college station ever had in history. Once he graduated from college with a degree in Communication Arts in the field of broadcasting, Quinn was hired at radio station KMJM Majic 105 as a board operator. KMJM changed format (the type of music the station plays) and Quinn was moved to the company’s hip-hop and RB station KATZ 100.3 The Beat in May 1999. Quinn became an on air personality, production producer, show producer and a mix show DJ for 10 years. Once Clear Channel eliminated their urban music format in St. Louis, Quinn went the independent route and acquired several accounts throughout the Mid-west. In August of 2015 Quinn was hired by Radio-one station 95.5 as a part time air personality and Mix show host and DJ. In the year of 2020 Audacy acquired 95.5 and moved the station to 96.3. Quinn can be heard on radio station 96.3 Monday-Friday 5p and Friday and Saturday nights 7p to 10p. He also has numerous events throughout the St. Louis area.
