Celebrating 30 years of So So Def, Bow Wow, said “it’s been amazing.” Noting “it’s about time Jermaine Dupri got his flowers, he deserves it.”

Confirming that “new music coming” in a matter of days, DaBaby also spoke on that Busta Rhymes and T-Pain collab, noting it would be headed our way as well in the near future.

Never too big to pass “the legendary” Greg Street on any carpet red or green, Swizz Beatz reminisced with Street about sports cars, first starting out, and more.

Jadakiss
Continuing the year long celebration of 50 years of Hip-Hop. Jadakiss, accompanied by his father Bob Phillips and his son Jaewon Phillips, shared his hopes for the evening. “My bucket list tonight, I really wanna see the Kris Kross tribute and So So Def family come and get they flowers and rip up the stage like they supposed to.”
“I wanna see what SexxyRed gone bring,” he continued, “I wanna see some of the tributes. Just want it to be a great show for Hip-Hop… and let it be a win for the culture.”

Kid Capri
Noting how amazing it was to be there celebrating 50 years, Kid Capri recalled coming up during a time when “they said it wasn’t gonna be here long… it was noise, parents didn’t understand it. And to see people get generational wealth from this and being strong as it is right now… it’s incredible.” Adding, “but happens is we gotta make sure that next year, in the 51, we still going strong as we did in the 50.”
