While at home, her car was broken into in her garage. In a carousel of videos of the suspects rummaging through her vehicle, she wrote "I got robbed. At home. I'm not safe anywhere. I don't know why I keep getting violated. I had a lot in my car cause I don't live anywhere cause I'm not safe anywhere or with anyone."

When asked about her caption, she reiterated that she doesn't feel safe. She revealed that she originally moved from L.A. to Atlanta because her L.A. house was broken into. "I don't think that I've ever heard of anyone, okay so then you move, you relocate and you try to start a new life and then your car gets vandalized and then you get violated all over again," she said. "I just felt like no matter where I go, I'm not safe. I'm supposed to be safe here."

She revealed that the situation triggered her from being violated as a child. "It made me feel bad. It made me feel like why do I keep getting violated? Then it went all the way back, I been in therapy since then, then it went all the way back to my childhood when you know I got violated as a child and like why do I keep getting violated? What is this about?"

"I don't want to go nowhere. I don't want to do too much" she added.

Luckily for her she will soon be returning to her "safe space" which is the stage as she embarks on the Love and War 10 Year Anniversary Tour kicking off October 25 in New York.

"It was such an R&B staple I just felt like I just wanted to pay homage to that time in my life and I remember the struggle as an artist and like people trying to keep me in a box of reality business and being a reality star," she said. "But I was a singer first."

She did mention being heartbroken over fellow The Real co-host, Jeannie Mai's recent divorce to Atlanta rapper, Jeezy. "That's a sad story," she said.
