(670 The Score) The Bears interviewed a pair of candidates Friday as their searches for a new head coach and general manager continued.

Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier met with the Bears to discuss their head coach opening, while Chiefs executive director of player personnel Ryan Poles interviewed for the general manager role.
Poles, 36, has spent his entire 13-year NFL career with the Chiefs. He has worked in multiple roles with Kansas City since joining the organization in 2009.
Poles was the Chiefs' director of college scouting in 2017, when the team traded up to select quarterback Patrick Mahomes with the No. 10 overall pick. Mahomes has since earned Pro Bowl honors four times, won the MVP award in 2018 and led the Chiefs to a Super Bowl championship in the 2019 season.

The Chiefs host the Bills on Sunday in an AFC divisional round matchup.
