(610 Sports) – The Chiefs will play in primetime games five times in 2022, including three nationally televised games at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, the NFL revealed Thursday evening in officially releasing its full schedule for the upcoming season.
This year’s regular season schedule features nine games vs. eight playoff teams from 2021.
Kansas City will open on the road against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, Sept. 11 in the 3:25 time slot. The Chiefs' primetime slate begins in Week 2 against the Chargers in Los Angeles on Prime Video's inaugural 'Thursday Night Football' and will also include a Sunday Night Football game at Arrowhead against the Buccaneers in Week 4, a Monday Night tilt at home against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 5, a Sunday Night Football matchup with the Tennessee Titans in Week 9 and a Week 14 clash with the Broncos at Mile High Stadium on Sunday Night Football.
