Does it ever dawn on you, while watching Royals games, that you don't know how Whit Merrifield would rank Adam Sandler movies? That you don't know whether he prefers Grown Ups 2 or You Don't Mess With The Zohan? It's a heavy burden on us all. Luckily, during his weekly radio hit on 610's Cody & Gold, Merrifield finally answered one of Kansas City's longstanding mysteries:
"I love Happy Gilmore," he said. "But I think Billy Madison is probably my favorite Adam Sandler movie. Mr. Deeds is kind of a sneaky one to me. I love that movie. Big Daddy is also tough to beat. The Waterboy is one of my all-time favorites. Old school Adam Sandler, man. They just don't make movies like that anymore. Those were incredible."
