Raised in her family’s John Deere dealership, Manda learned early the value of hard work, community, and resilience — inspired by her mom’s passion for local food and her dad’s lifelong dedication to farmers. After college, she returned to Stanton Equipment, leading creative marketing initiatives that earned her recognition from the Hartford Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty and the Hartford Courant’s 30 Women of Distinction.
When her father passed in 2020, Manda carried on his legacy through leadership and innovation, helping merge 29 dealerships under one unified marketing vision. In 2021, she launched Stanton Marketing, now a thriving firm serving agricultural businesses across North America.
