(Berlin, Conn./WTIC) - Berlin police have arrested a woman shown in a viral video berating a U.S. Navy sailor in a town restaurant last weekend.
Lori Desjardins, 55, of Southington is charged with assault and breach of peace, according to police.
Desjardins turned herself in Thursday.
In the video, she is seen screaming, swearing at and hitting the sailor over his uniform inside Central Pizza on Mill Street.
What apparently raised Desjardins's ire was the fact the sailor was clad in green.
The Navy switched the color of it's uniforms from blue several years ago.
Desjardins is now free on $10,000 bond.
She's due in court September 23.
