Troopers announced today they have arrested Juliana Sullivan, 18, of New Milford.

She faces charges of criminal trespass, conspiracy, and criminal liability to acts of arson in the third degree.

Her arrest stems from a fire at the Southbury Training School on December 17.

Sullivan is free on $50,000 bond and is due in court on January 18.

The other suspect is Greg Gulick, 21, of Southbury.

He was arrested last Wednesday and charged with criminal trespass, arson, and conspiracy and is being held on $250,000 bond.

Investigators say they were tipped off that Gulick had posted video of himself atop one of the buildings at the training school on Snap Chat.
