
Middletown, Conn./WTIC Radio - State troopers are continuing their holiday weekend road enforcement.
As of early Monday morning, there had been a total of 3,919 service calls.
In addition, 374 were written up for speeding, 37 for seatbelt violations and 220 for other hazardous moving violations.
21 had been arrested on DUI charges.
There were a total of 244 crashes reported to Connecticut State Police, 31 with injury but no deaths. One crash, which happened in Thompson, is considered serious.
The enforcement continues through Monday night.
