For the 10th consecutive month, the state Labor Department says the job numbers were up in October.
DOL says employers added 1,100 jobs to their rolls.
Unemployment did tick up slightly to 4.3-percent.
Job postings are at around 100,000, says the department.
Additionally, Connecticut has a 35-year low of unemployment filers at 16,000.
Connecticut's labor market has added 50,000 new workers since last December.
The department also says although September's employment gains were revised downward slightly by about 100, over 92-percent of jobs lost during the pandemic have been recovered.
