Hartford, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Police in Hartford are investigating a fatal hit and run crash involving a pedestrian from overnight.

Officers say the call came in just after midnight to Main and Battles Streets.
Upon arrival, they found 51-year-old Michael Brown of Windsor lying in the road unresponsive, suffering from serious injuries.
Brown was rushed to St. Francis Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Detectives say a black Infiniti G35 fled the scene but was later found unoccupied.
