Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Hartford police have arrested a city man in connection with a fatal crash from last year.
The say on June 3, Jose Carrion, 42, was speeding down Franklin Avenue as he approached the Maple Avenue intersection.
The car wound up leaving the roadway, striking a fence, two trees, and an unoccupied van on Retreat Avenue.
Christine Camacho, 38, was killed.
Carrion and an 18-year-old female sustained serious injuries.
After a lengthy investigation, police arrested Carrion on Thursday.
He faces charges of manslaughter, OUI, reckless driving, and failure to drive in proper lane.
Bond was set at $400,000.
