Bristol, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Bristol have arrested the suspect in connection with the death of an elderly woman on Christmas Day.
The victim's grandson, Anthony Jones, 39, is charged.
Police responded to a reported burglary at the home of Diana Jones, 83, at 42 Morningside Drive West December 25.
Officers located the victim inside the home.
At the time, the death was deemed suspicious and ruled a homicide.
Diana Jones sustained injuries to her neck and torso.
Anthony Jones is now charged with murder.
His bond was set at $5 million.
