Bristol, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Bristol, two people were injured, one seriously, in an overnight crash.
Around 1:45 Monday morning, officers say a vehicle driven by Ronald Makszin, 30, of Plymouth left the roadway on Lake Avenue when it failed to negotiate a curve.
The vehicle went through a parking lot at Terry Commons, entered the wood line and then hit an out building hidden by thick brush, police said.
Makszin got out of the vehicle on his own, according to investigators.
The most seriously injured passenger underwent surgery.
The other was taken for evaluation.
Makszin is facing charges including DUI, assault with a motor vehicle, and interfering with police.
His bond was set at $150,000.
