Lisbon, Conn./WTIC Radio - A Ledyard man is under arrest in connection with a fatal pedestrian crash last year.
State police say William Stoniner, 36 is charged.
Troopers say last October 14 Stonier, driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck, ran off the road on River Road in Lisbon, hitting Richard Dupont, 57. He died.
Investigators say the vehicle also hit a guardrail and took down a utility pole.
Stonier was already charged with OUI when he was served with an active warrant and hit with additional charges including manslaughter, reckless driving, failure to drive in a proper lane and carrying a firearm under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
Bond was set at $350,000 pending arraignment Wednesday.
