New Britain man arrested for multiple ATM burglaries

Police say he targeted ATMs
Faces a  31 count indictment for commercial burglaries

(Middletown, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-Middletown Police have arresed a New Britain man on a 31-count indictment for being allegedly involved in an organization that strategically targeted ATMs in commercial burglaries, throughout Connecticut, many in Middletown, police said.

Rafael Delvalle, 24, faces charges including Corrupt Organizations and Racketeering Activity, various burglary/larceny and criminal mischief charges.

Delvalle was held on $250,000 surety court set bond, according to police.

Two other men, Joanberto Rivera and Nelson Colon-Davila have also been arrested for the ATM thefts and related commercial burglaries. More arrests are anticipated, police said.
