New Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is dead and New Haven police are investigating the Elm City's latest homicide.
They say just after 9:30 Monday night, officers received a call about a person found shot on South Frontage Road between York and College Streets.
The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Jorge Delgado of Waterbury.
Delgado was rushed to Yale New Haven Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives processed the scene and collected ballistic evidence.
So far, no arrests have been made and police haven't yet determined a motive for the shooting.
