WATERBURY, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - The Waterbury Police Department issued a silver alert for a missing adult on Saturday.
Jelly Rodriguez-Cruz, 32, was last known to be at St. Mary's Hospital on Friday receiving a mental health evaluation, according to police. The alert notes Rodriguez-Cruz has mental health conditions that require medication.
She has brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black leggings with white flowers and sandals.
