New Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in New Haven say they have arrested the suspect who allegedly gunned another man in the city on Thursday.
Under arrest is Charles Brown, 47, of Clinton.
Officers say Brown shot and killed 39-year-old Juan Carlos Colon.
The victim was found just after 11:00 a.m. on Forbes Avenue.
He later died at Yale New Haven Hospital.
Brown is facing charges of murder, criminal possession of a firearm, and carrying a pistol without a permit.
He's being held on $2 million bond following his arraignment earlier Friday.
