Milford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Milford police are charging a man after they say he fled from them in a Chevy Corvette on Friday.
Officers say Jeffrey Yu, 28, is no stranger to them.
Prior to Friday's incident, Yu had ten warrants out for his arrest in the last month.
According to police, Yu was spotted in the car without a license plate at the boat ramp on Naugatuck Avenue in the city's Devon section.
The vette became disabled after it ran over police stop sticks.
Yu was picked up after a brief foot chase said police.
He's facing a slew of charges including reckless driving, engaging in pursuit, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license and other offenses.
Those other offenses include failure to appear in both Milford and Stratford.
He's being held on bonds totaling over $50,000.
