
Naugatuck, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Naugatuck, police are looking for those involved in a case of suspected animal abuse.
A husky was found wandering in the area near the Waterbury city line on Platts Mill Road on May 13.
The dog, now named Justice, was found with wounds and a chain embedded in its neck.
The dog underwent surgery and is recovering, police said.
An animal rights group, Desmond's Army, is offering a $1,500 reward leading to an arrest.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact Naugatuck police or the borough's animal control office.
