Vernon, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Police in Vernon have charged a man with voyeurism and other offenses involving a woman and her children.
Under arrest is 47-year-old Donald Sterling.
According to police, Sterling had past brushes with them for domestic violence involving a woman and her two children.
The woman told investigators that Sterling was controlling and manipulative.
In addition, an arrest warrant states that Sterling had put together an elaborate camera system designed to look like a bluetooth speaker in the couple's bathroom, catching the alleged victims in various stages of undress.
Police say the SD card was discovered and removed and brought to Springfield until they were contacted, at which point it was turned over to investigators.
Police also say Sterling had been tracking the woman's movements electronically.
Sterling is facing charges of voyeurism with malice, risk of injury, and sexual assault.
Bond was set at $250,000.
