Waterbury police say crash, shooting victim has died

Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Waterbury, police say a man who crashed a vehicle after being shot last week has now died.

Officers say the victim has been identified as 38-year-old Keno Williams of Waterbury.

Eighteen-year-old Angela Bodden-Mitchell was already in custody in connection with the crime.

It was January 30th that police were called to the parking lot of Bertie's Restaurant on North Main Streeet after Williams drove through the parking lot, winding up in backyard, hitting several objects in the process.

He was found to have a gunshot wound to the back of the head.

Bodden-Mitchell has already been arraigned on a number of charges including criminal attempt at murder.

Police say additional charges are expected.
