Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - An East Windsor woman is facing charges after state police say she was driving the wrong way on Interstate 84 early Saturday morning.
Troopers say Amber Torruella, 23, is charged.
Investigators say they received multiple reports that Torruella was traveling east in the westbound lanes of I-84 at exit 49 in Hartford and continued on to I-291 near the exit 3 off ramp.
That's where they fond Torruella asleep and the vehicle running.
She's charged with DUI, driving the wrong way and other offenses and is free on a $10,000.00 bond.
