Woody and Buzz are best buds.
Tim Allen appeared on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” this week and discussed the lovely offscreen friendship he has with his “Toy Story” costar Tom Hanks.
Even though Allen said him and Hanks “differ on so many things” they have still “become really close friends.”
One big thing between the pals is eating habits. Allen said Hanks has been known to swipe a fry or two from his plate!
Fry theft aside, Allen is terribly fond of the “Big” star.
“I adore that man’s heart and mind,” he said.

Allen went on discussing the meals the two share together, “We’ve been going to lunch since ‘Toy Story 1’ – you know, two, three times a year. We’re like two older women, because we’ll sit almost too close to each other at a booth. It’s just weird. And I go, ‘I think I’m going to get up and sit at that side of the table.’”
He even said Hanks’ wife, Rita Wilson, has been intrigued about what the two get up to at their lunches.
“I don’t think I’ve ever trusted a human being as much as Tom to listen to me,” Allen continued. “And vice versa. We haver very different opinions on so many different things, but he’s really a wonderful and engaging person – and he’s the first guy that listens to me and doesn’t judge.”
Allen is currently starring in “The Santa Clauses” on Disney+.
