Andrew Pollack comments on public school, school choice, and people leaving big cities

Andrew Pollack, the father of Meadow Pollack who died in the Parkland shooting in 2018, said people always question him about how he could be an advocate for the Second Amendment after the shooting.

He said he is seeing some changes but at a Federal level, no one can help them. It has to be done at a local level.

Pollack is a supporter of school choice. He said he didn’t have enough time to talk about school choice during his speech on the RNC.

“No family or parent should have to send their kid to a failing public school,” he said. “School choice is so important because it creates competitiveness.”
