Illinois State Senator Paul Schimpf said he has no confidence in the accuracy of the positivity rate metric that is being used.
Many questions are surrounding the initial action of locking down regions based on these numbers.
“If we were only counting positive test results not negative test results, that is gross incompetence,” he said.
