(KFTK) - One of the most famous fighters in the world is praising President Donald Trump on social media.
Conor McGregor, the No. 3 ranked lightweight Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter, said Trump is a "Phenomenal President." He also used an emoji of a goat, which means Greatest Of All Time.
He continued, "Most certainly one of them anyway, as he sits atop the shoulders of many amazing giants that came before him. No easy feet. Early stages of term also. Incredible. Congrats and Happy Martin Luther King Jr. day America."
The message was in reply to Trump's tweet on Monday, celebrating his third year in office.
"It was exactly three years ago today, January 20, 2017, that I was sworn into office. So appropriate that today is also MLK jr DAY. African-American Unemployment is the LOWEST in the history of our Country, by far. Also, best Poverty, Youth, and Employment numbers, ever. Great!" stated the tweet from Trump.
Black and Hispanic unemployment was at a record low, according to the October 2019 Labor Department report.
McGregor made his return to the octagon on Saturday and defeated Donald Cerrone in less than a minute at UFC 246. It was his first MMA win since 2016.
