Senior Legal Fellow at Heritage Hans von Spakovsky said Rosenstein spent the whole time bobbing and weaving to shoot blame on everyone else involved except for himself.
“He is basically dodging out of his responsibility,” he said.
Rosenstein admitted there was no “there, there” when it comes to the Russian collusion narrative.
Spakovsky said although Rosenstein did not do his job, he would not get into trouble because he didn’t do anything illegal.
“He should never, ever again have a position in the public trust,” he highlighted.
