Judge Napolitano said the McCloskeys had every right to be brandishing their guns on their own private property. They were completely lawful.
“We have a prosecutor using the criminal justice system to advance a political agenda,” he said.
Napolitano said the only criticism of the St. Louis couple is that they did not use proper gun safety.
Is there any possibility that there is a threat to the McCloskey’s second amendment rights?
Judge Napolitano said he does not think in the state of Missouri that they will have their guns taken away permanently. He said this would be a different story in New Jersey or Illinois.
