The twin beams that shine during the 9/11 tribute will not be happening this year due to coronavirus.
Organizers from the annual ceremony made the decision to cancel the beams for fear of health risks for the people who would set up the display.
Many leaders are disturbed by the idea that The Towers of Light will not shine. A draft has been concocted by 10 bipartisan leaders to ask President Trump to support the effort of not skipping this tradition.
