Preheat oven to 350.
COOKIE:
Mix:
1 chocolate box cake mix (I used a triple fudge cake!)
1/3 cup oil
Whisk in:
2 large eggs
Drop cookies onto a cookie sheet, mine were about 1.5 in diameter and about 3 inches apart. Bake for 7-9 minutes (my oven was 9 minutes and cookies stayed soft and gooey).
ICING:
In a saucepan over heat, mix until smooth:
1 stick of salted sweet cream butter
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp milk
Take off heat and stir in until smooth:
2 cups powdered sugar
Remove cookies from oven and place on a cooling rack over parchment paper. Spoon icing to cover the top of the cookie and top with sea salt before icing dries.
Let fully cool and enjoy!
