(KFTK) – Baseball diamonds are idle across the country, what is Jim Hayes from Fox Sports Midwest doing with his free time?
"What I'm trying to do is trying to dwell on the positive, keep a sense of humor about things, and actually, really appreciate and enjoy the time with my family," says Hayes, "we've been playing a lot of Monopoly, watching a lot of movies."
Recently, baseball agent Scott Boras planned a resumption of the season which would end after Christmas.
"I'm sure baseball appreciated getting a schedule put together by Scott Boras," says Hayes, "I think its a little odd that he would suddenly forward this. The thing is there are so many unknowns, as to when it's going to be safe to metaphorically step back into the water."
