Baseball is the only sport not using the "bubble" system currently

Could the Miami Marlins coronavirus outbreak cause the MLB to consider switching models?  

Baseball is currently the only sport operating in a city-by-city capacity, where other leagues (NHL, NBA) are stationing all games in just a few locations.  

“They probably won’t until the playoffs,” Kevin Wheeler said about players being put into a bubble. 

He said the practical side is possible but it will be very difficult.
