Fox Business host Elizabeth Macdonald gave the Trump administration a B on trying to get the economy up and running.
She would give Congress a D. “There is just so much grandstanding happening in Congress right now,” she said.
Macdonald said the jobless claims came in strong, but we still have about 10% unemployment rate.
“Thank goodness the economy was strong in January and February,” she said on the fact that it helped us not depress too much during the pandemic.
There are stimulus checks coming, it just depends on the details.
“I feel bad for the middle class who may not get a stimulus check that they would like to see,” she said on people who make $40,000 annually not being qualified to get the next stimulus wave.
