Voting this year: There is a stark difference between absentee and mail-in

Partisan bickering dominated the postmaster general's hearing before the U.S. House yesterday, but Louis DeJoy insists the post office can handle all election mail.

Dejoy also refused to answer any questions, deeming many Democrats' questions or allegations "not worthy of a response."

Constitutional Lawyer and a legal fellow at Heritage Zack Smith said the fact is vote by mail is very burdensome on postal authorities and on local election advisers.

A fear many Americans have is what happens if mail-in voting becomes universal and then the election is delayed. We could possibly not have the results of the election until Inauguration day.

If on Inauguration day, we still don’t have a president or vice president the speaker of the House at that time would be the temporary president until something is decided.
