(KFTK)- Robert Popper, a Senior Attorney for Judicial Watch, joined Mike Ferguson to discuss the legal avenues that President Trump is pursuing to challenge some results of the elections.
Popper is especially concerned with how the absentee ballots are working through the system.
“We need to fix absentee ballots in future elections,” says Popper. “I don’t think anybody likes how absentee ballots have worked out.”
Could the election be reveresed in Pennsylvania?
The complaint filed in Pennsylvania, “even if President Trump reversed Pennsylvania,” says Popper, “Joe Biden still has 270 electoral votes” in his favor.
